Who we are
This website is operated by Washington Lilo's Inc, doing business as Gev's Express, a gas station and convenience store located at 12856 Sherman Way, North Hollywood, CA 91605. Questions about this policy: support@gevsexpress.com.
What this policy covers
This policy covers information collected through this website only. It does not cover:
- In-store purchases at our station.
- The Fuel Forward® App, which is operated by Phillips 66 Company under its own privacy statement and terms.
- The Gev's Express Rewards program, which collects and uses member information (such as your phone number, points, and purchase activity) under the program's own terms and privacy policy, available in the Gev's Express app and at the station.
- Third-party websites we link to (Phillips 66, Apple App Store, Google Play, GasBuddy, Yelp, Instagram, Google Maps). Their privacy policies govern what they collect.
Information we collect
Contact form. If you submit our contact form — for a general question, a fleet or business inquiry, or rewards/app help — we collect what you enter: your name, a phone number or email address, the topic you selected, and your message. Your submission is delivered to our business mailbox.
Email you send us. If you email support@gevsexpress.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.
Traffic measurement, without cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which gives us aggregate page-view counts. It does not use cookies and does not track individuals across websites.
Spam protection. Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which evaluates limited technical signals from your browser to tell people apart from bots. It is not used for advertising and does not track you across websites.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- We do not set tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not use advertising pixels.
If any of this ever changes, we will update this policy and add a consent mechanism before the change takes effect.
How we use information
We use the information above to respond to your inquiry, provide information you asked for, and operate and secure this website. Nothing else.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf and are contractually limited to doing so: Cloudflare (website hosting, security, spam protection, and cookieless analytics), Resend (delivery of form submissions to our mailbox), and Microsoft (business email hosting). We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business, in which case this policy would continue to apply until updated.
How long we keep it
We keep fleet inquiries and related email for up to 24 months from our last contact with you, then delete them — unless we have an ongoing business relationship with you or the law requires a longer period.
Your California privacy rights
California residents may request that we:
- Disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we've collected about you, the purposes, and the categories of recipients;
- Delete personal information we've collected from you; and
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
Submit requests to support@gevsexpress.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will verify your request by matching the information you provide against what we hold (for example, confirming control of the email address on file). You may use an authorized agent with written permission. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is no "sale" or "sharing" to opt out of.
Do Not Track and opt-out preference signals
This site sets no tracking cookies and does not track visitors across websites, so there is no tracking activity for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off. If our practices ever change, we will honor opt-out preference signals as required by California law.
Children
This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact support@gevsexpress.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
